Manchester United Submit £60m+ Bid for Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo

Manchester United has increased their bid for Brentford winger Bryan Mbeumo to over £60 million, after their initial £55 million approach was rejected. Brentford values the 25-year-old at more than £60 million and is open to offers as he enters the final two years of his contract.
Reports from earlier this month indicated that Brentford and Tottenham Hotspur had begun preliminary discussions regarding Mbeumo. It’s understood that Spurs had piqued his interest, especially with the recent appointment of his former coach, Thomas Frank. However, sources suggest Mbeumo is currently considering a move to Manchester United.
United has long admired Mbeumo, seeing him as an ideal fit for manager Ruben Amorim’s tactical system. Brentford believes Mbeumo has earned the chance to join a bigger club this summer, provided their valuation is met. Meanwhile, Manchester United has already secured the signing of Matheus Cunha from Wolves for £62.5 million.
