Three new lawsuits alleging rape and sexual assault have been filed against Sean Diddy Combs in New York Supreme Court. Filed separately on Thursday, the complaints detail incidents allegedly occurring between 2019 and 2022.
Two of the plaintiffs claim they attended parties hosted by Mr. Combs where he personally offered them alcoholic beverages, rendering them unconscious before the alleged rapes occurred.
Mr. Combs’ legal team has dismissed the lawsuits as “full of lies,” stating they will “prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.” Mr. Combs is currently in custody at a Brooklyn jail, having been denied bail three times.
These three lawsuits add to over 30 existing civil cases against Mr. Combs, many involving similar allegations of sexual assault dating back to the 1990s.
Thomas Giuffra, the attorney representing the plaintiffs, revealed that his office has received over 60 claims against Mr. Combs, investigating each before proceeding with these three cases. He stated that the plaintiffs chose to remain anonymous due to fear of Mr. Combs’ influence.
One lawsuit, filed by an anonymous plaintiff identified as John Doe, alleges assault at New York’s Marquee nightclub in 2019. After receiving a cocktail from Mr. Combs at a private after-party, the plaintiff claims to have become disoriented. He alleges that Mr. Combs noticed his condition and remarked that he was “ready to party.” The plaintiff alleges he blacked out, experiencing brief moments of awareness during which he saw individuals recording as Mr. Combs allegedly raped him. The following morning, he reportedly received approximately $2,500 from the individuals who had been recording, who stated that the money was from Mr. Combs.

A second anonymous plaintiff alleges that he was assaulted at Mr. Combs’ East Hampton home in the summer of 2020. After consuming alcohol provided by Mr. Sean Diddy Combs, the plaintiff claims to have lost consciousness. While intermittently regaining awareness, he alleges that Mr. Combs and others associated with Bad Boys Entertainment repeatedly raped him.
The third anonymous plaintiff, who claims to have met Mr. Combs in 2006 and subsequently worked for him, alleges assault in February 2020 at a hotel meeting concerning unpaid wages. He claims Mr. Combs gave him a drugged drink, resulting in unconsciousness and subsequent assault. The lawsuit states that Mr. Combs warned the plaintiff against reporting the incident, claiming no one would believe him.
Separately, Mr. Combs is facing federal criminal charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering, which include allegations of a long-running scheme involving sexual abuse and exploitation, including drug-fueled events with male sex workers. Mr. Combs has pleaded not guilty, and his legal team maintains his innocence. A trial is scheduled for May.
