RNAQ 40: The Fragrance & Fire Birthday Party Of Quick Credit Boss

RNAQ 40 – I describe this party as a “Fragrance and Fire” affair. Indeed, that’s exactly what it was—the sweet scent of wealth on display mingling with the fiery energy and excitement in the air. I believe that even those who didn’t attend but lived nearby could feel the heat of the celebration. This event marked the 40th birthday of young billionaire Richard Nii-Armah Quaye, the business mogul and founder of Bills Microcredit (formerly Quick Credit).

Held at Independence Square in Accra on March 22, 2025, Richard Nii-Armah Quaye’s birthday bash has taken social media by storm, thanks to its star-studded guest list, notable attendees, and especially the audacious fashion choices that graced the occasion.

The gathering attracted hundreds of guests, including actors, musicians, influencers, and leading figures from the business world, making it one of the most talked-about parties of the year. A major topic of conversation centered around the bold and revealing outfits worn by many female attendees. From daring low-cut dresses to high-slit designs and form-fitting ensembles, the fashion choices sparked significant chatter both during the event and online. While some praised the bold styles, others criticized what they viewed as excessively revealing attire, suggesting that such outfits were often meant to draw the attention of affluent men or to steal the limelight.

Beyond the fashion discourse, the celebration featured live performances from top Ghanaian and Nigerian artists including Sarkodie, Davido, King Promise, Stonebwoy, and Efya. The event, with its blend of bold fashion, influential attendees, and top-tier entertainment, has been hailed as setting a new benchmark for birthday celebrations.

Pizzaman Chickenman CEO Credits Quaye for Success

Chris Boakye Yiadom, CEO of Chickenman Pizzaman, publicly thanked Richard Nii-Armah Quaye for his investment, a move that he says “changed his life forever.”

Boakye Yiadom recounted a single phone call that opened the door for Quick Angels and Mr. Quaye to invest. “To date, it has been the most important call of our lives. We got to Quick Angels, where we encountered Mr Quaye. I don’t call him Mr Quaye, I call him ‘bossu’ and it’s not just about the money. There is a vocabulary we use amongst ourselves, we call it business sense.

Whenever you interact with Mr Quaye, you leave and feel like you have all the sense in the world. And when you get into contact with him again, you will see that you are foolish and need more sense,” he said. The CEO, whose company has over 25 branches nationwide and employs over 2000 young people, also “bragged” that Pizzaman Chickenman is the highest-paying restaurant in Ghana, expressing hope that more entrepreneurs like Quaye would emerge to create further employment opportunities. Richard Nii-Armah Quaye is the founder of Bills Micro Credit and an angel investor in Chickenman Pizzaman, Burger King, and other ventures.
