A Male Manager Can’t Work With A Female Artist Without Engaging In A Romantic Relationship – Bullgod

Bullgod, a Ghanaian entertainment commentator, has leveled grave accusations against performer Mo’ Spence and industry partner Mr. Logic, alleging that their business relationship turned into a love one. Bullgod claimed that it is almost impossible for a male manager to collaborate with a female artist without falling in love during a January 18, 2025, segment on UTV’s United Showbiz.
In particular, Bullgod asserted that Mr. Logic and Monica Spence, also referred to as Mo’ Spence, had a romantic relationship apart from their work responsibilities. Bullgod reaffirmed his views on the matter, citing the previous incident with musician Becca and her former manager Kiki Banson. He also acknowledged that he has faced criticism in the past for disclosing similar facts.
“I know for a fact that what I am about to say might lead to a court case, but if that happens, I have a lawyer. I know Mr. Logic was having an affair with Monica Spence. I have always maintained that there is no way a manager can work with a female artist without the two of them sleeping together,” he claimed, sparking immediate controversy.
“In the past, when I said Becca and Kiki Banson were in a relationship, Ghanaians attacked me, but the truth eventually came out. To date, I am yet to see a male manager working with a female artist without them having an affair,” Bullgod added.
In response to Mo’ Spence’s allegations that Mr. Logic had defrauded her, Bullgod suggested that the relationship between the two was unprofessional. “If you listen to Mo’ Spence’s account, you can tell it wasn’t professional; it was purely personal. I trust Mr. Logic when it comes to his professional work. He’s very capable,” he alleged.

The Case of Mo’ Spence and Mr. Logic
Monica Spence, also known as Mo’ Spence, is a Canadian musician who arrived in Ghana to establish her music career. Upon her arrival, she signed with the Red Panther record label, managed by Christopher Nelson, popularly known as Mr. Logic.
Reports indicate that Mo’ Spence has accused Mr. Logic of defrauding her and threatening her life if she returns to Ghana. Following accusations of defrauding an American out of $21,000 and GH¢48,000 in June 2024, Mr. Logic now faces additional allegations related to threats against his former artist.
After their working relationship ended on a sour note, Mo’ Spence disclosed in a video that her former label boss threatened her life after she revealed he had defrauded her of significant sums under the pretense of promoting her music. She shared details about her former manager and released an audio recording of their conversation, where Mr. Logic allegedly threatened her life, further intensifying the gravity of the situation.
